To remain full-time, you must be registered in at least 3.25 units during the semester. A student who is registered for less than 3.25 units could be affected in variety of areas: financial aid, medical and auto insurance coverage, on-campus housing, and athletic eligibility.
To remain in academic good standing you must maintain a 2.0 or better GPA. Students who earn a 3.5 GPA for the semester will be placed on the Dean's List.
If you have a merit scholarship, you must maintain the following requisite academic averages in order to retain the scholarship:
Presidential Scholarship 3.00 GPA by end of 4th semester.
Trustee Scholarship 3.00 GPA by end of 4th semester.
Faculty Scholarship 3.00 GPA by end of 4th semester.
*Please note that there may be other financial awards but they are not merit scholarships and the terms of their academic requirements vary. Students should check their financial award letter for the specific conditions that apply to them.

If you were dismissed and then reinstated, are you on target for fulfilling the requirements of your reinstatement agreement?
At the start of the semester in which you returned to campus, both the you and your advisor were sent reinstatement letters from the Registrar's Office. These letters stipulated the terms of the your reinstatement.
